Ghamra Adventure is a licensed travel and tourism company registered to operate in the Kingdom, the specialization in the field of trips, events and hospitality.A dream of basking in the heart of nature, surrounded by comfort, while also preserving the local environment and learning about the local culture and terrain. Ghamra was born from the passion and expertise of the founders, becoming a haven for those looking for comfort and immersion in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Important information for you about this contract:

It is important that you carefully read and understand the following conditions. By booking with us you acknowledge that you have read and understood and you agree to be bound by these booking conditions.

Acknowledgement of Risks

We operate activities where standards of accommodation, transport, safety, hygiene, medical facilities and other infrastructure may not reach your expectation. Please bear in mind when making your booking. By booking with us you agree to assume all risks associated with the activities to the maximum extent permitted by law.By booking with us you acknowledge your decision to take part in our activities is made after due consideration of relevant information that may be available at any time and you agree to assume the risks associated.Our company provides services with due care and skill. We are not responsible for any acts or omission of others like for any loss, damage or expense (loss of money).We will not accept responsibility or liability for any client who contravenes any law or regulation of any area visited. Any independent arrangements that you make and not part of the program of our company will be entirely at your own risks. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with this contract.This disclaimer set out in these conditions does not attempt, restrict or modify liability arising under statute if, and to the extent, such liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

Prices

Prices are based on costs. Our company has the right to adjust prices until you have made full payment. Dates, prices and itineraries are indicative only and subject to change. Insurance and personal purchases during the trip are not included

Cancellation Policy

Ghamra reserves the right to cancel all activities, events and we will advise you of such cancellations. In this case we will offer you an alternative arrangements and if the price of your alternative booking is lower than the original booking we will refund the difference. If alternative arrangement is not accepted by you we will refund 100% of the payment for this trip/event/booking, less any unrecoverable costs incurred by us. We will not be liable for claims made by you for any additional costs incurred by you.

We will not be liable for any delay, change or cancellation of any activities due to Force Majeure, means any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Ghamra and includes but not limited to War, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, nuclear disaster, disease, airline delays, adverse weather conditions, fires and strikes. If we does cancel the booking as a result of Force Majeure or government advice, we will offer you alternative arrangements. If you do not accept alternative arrangements, we will issue a credit note for the full funds paid less any unrecoverable costs.If Cancellation occurred by you:We operate a strict No Refund Policy. If you cancel Camping Trips, Tours, Events following conditions apply:

7+ DAYS Notice : We will issue a 90% credit note, 10% will be kept as an administration fee.
LESS THAN 7 DAYS : We will hold 50% of the funds as credit , 50% will retain as cancellation fee. In case you are able to arrange for another person to take place of the trip/event and pay the fee, we will issue 100% credit note.
If cancellation is due to you having COVID-19, flu-like symptoms and providing medical certificate, we will hold 100% of the fund as credit.
NO SHOW : 100% of the fund will retain. No rescheduling.
Cancellation must be given in writing and any credits will be valid for 12 months.

Consent of Leadership

During all activities the decision of Ghamra Adventure leader, guide or representative will be final on all matters for the safety and well-being of the experience or activity. At all times you must comply with the laws, customs, guidelines and regulation of the all places visited. Failure to comply with the above or interfere with the well-being of the group, the trip leader or company representative reserves the right to order you to leave the activity with no right of refund. Any travel arrangement after that would require will be at your own expenses.

Age Limit

People under 18 years old cannot book any activities. Responsible adult must accompany all minors. Ghamra has the right to refuse participation of any minor for activity that deem unsuitable

Safety:

Clients can wear their own safety gear/equipment as long as it meets international safety standards. We will take no responsibility for clients failing to wear the required safety gear or following the safety instruction. Clients choosing to undertake activities with or without supervision do so entirely at their own risk and fully accept that such activities may carry the risk of injury or death.

Endurance, Health and Fitness:

It is required to have a good, healthy and physically fit body for most of our trip experience require a certain amount of walking, hiking and other physical activity. If you have any doubts about the content of your experience, please discuss your needs before booking.

Complaints:

If you have any complain about your experience with us, kindly inform the trip leader, guide or staff of Ghamra Adventure to take appropriate action. If you are not satisfied you should notify us in writing and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Publicity:

You agree that Ghamra Adventure may use your images taken during the trip without recourse and compensation to you, for publicity and promotion purposes only.

Privacy:

Personal information is collected only to enable us to provide you with the services you wish us to provide. Your information may be disclosed to or collected on our behalf by our service providers to enable the services to be provided, but will not be used for any other purposes.

All information collected will be kept confidential to the best of our ability.

Governing Law:

This contract and all matters arising from it are subject to the laws.
