2. Important Definitions
Term Definition
The Package A specific tourism program (Sukoon, Nabdh, etc.).
The Participant The person registered in the booking.
The Company Ghamra Tourism and Adventures.
Trip Date The day the program commences.
Force Majeure Events beyond control (weather, disasters).
3. Booking Conditions
A. How to Book:
Via the website or WhatsApp.
50% deposit required upon booking.
Remaining 50% to be paid 48 hours prior to the trip.
B. Booking Confirmation:
A confirmation will be sent within 24 hours.
Includes: Details, Location, and Departure Time.
C. Minimum Participants:

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Period Refund Percentage
More than 7 days 90% of the amount paid
3 – 7 days 70% of the amount paid
24 – 72 hours 50% of the amount paid
Less than 24 hours No refund
Notes:
Ghamra Plus: Non-refundable after 72 hours.
Administrative Fee: SAR 50 per cancellation request.
Refund Processing: 7-14 business days.
5. Safety and Liability
A. Participant Obligations:
Disclose health status upon booking.
Wear appropriate clothing for activities.
Adhere strictly to guide instructions.
Refrain from consuming drugs or alcohol.
B. Legal Liability:
The Company is not liable for accidents resulting from:

Non-compliance Ignoring guide warnings.
Undisclosed Health Condition Heart diseases, etc.
Personal Misconduct Wandering off alone.
C. Insurance:
Comprehensive insurance is included for all participants.
Covers accidental injuries and emergencies.
Personal insurance is required for high-risk activities (e.g., Nabdh package).
6. Children and Minors
Age Group Conditions
Under 6 years Prohibited from most packages.
6 – 12 years Parental supervision required.
13 – 18 years Written parental consent required.
Child Fees:
50% of the adult price for Sukoon and Turathuna packages.
Free of charge in Ghamra Plus (most activities).
7. Weather and Force Majeure
In the event of:

Buggy Driving Helmets, suits.
Climbing Ropes, guarding gear.
B. Participant Obligation:
Do not damage equipment.
Liability: Payment of repair costs in case of intentional damage.

A. Payment Methods:
Credit/Debit Cards.
Apple Pay / STC Pay.
Bank Transfer.
Cash on Delivery (Ghamra Plus only).
B. Prices:
Non-refundable after payment (subject to cancellation policy).
Subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is included.
C. Special Offers:
Cannot be combined with other offers.
Limited duration.
10. Conduct and Etiquette
Strictly Prohibited:
Behavior Penalty
Violence or Harassment Immediate termination + No refund.
Smoking in Restricted Areas SAR 200 Fine.
Phone Use While Driving Ban from the activity.
Photography Without Permission Deletion of photos.
11. Intellectual Property
All photos and videos are the property of the Company.
Commercial use is prohibited without permission.
The logo and name are registered trademarks.
12. Dispute Resolution
A. Complaints:
Contact the support team within 24 hours.
Amicable resolution attempted within 7 days.
B. Competent Courts:
Riyadh Courts only.
Saudi Law applies.
